Hypnotherapy Consultation Session Online

An initial consultation session is always required. It's our chance to get to know each other and for me to find out about you and what you're coming to hypnotherapy for.

This is a one-off session per treatment. During the session I will ask you to complete some forms and we will go through what you can and can't expect from hypnotherapy. We will then discuss any history behind what is troubling you and how it is effecting you now, with a view to consolidate the goals and changes you want to make going forward.

Towards the end of the session I conduct a short deep relaxation to give you a little taster of what to expect from your follow-up hypnotherapy sessions.

After booking your consultation session, I will contact you by email regarding an appointment time and date.
