Deep Relaxation
Do you find it hard to relax or perhaps you're experiencing a particularly stressful time in your life? Then come and try my deep relaxation sessions for a little time out for yourself and space to calm down and relax. These are purely relaxation sessions which aid stress relief and sleep, opposed to hypnotherapy sessions tailored for a specific purpose.
These 45 minute sessions can be booked as a one-off treatment or a series of regular deep relaxation sessions for yourself or someone else as a gift. In each session I guide you into a calming hypnotic state using mental and physical relaxation techniques, then I take you on a peaceful guided visualisation.
Learning how to relax deeply also has the added benefit of that often yearned for, good night's sleep.

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed altered state of awareness - that daydreamy state just before you reach sleep!
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy which uses hypnosis to access the subconscious mind as this is where all our learning naturally takes place.
By accessing this state of awareness, hypnotherapy can rid us of any blockages of negative energy, thoughts or behaviours which are preventing us from achieving what we truly desire. I use various techniques including positive suggestions and visualisation to guide you towards your goal. Using imagination and creativity I can offer you an alternative way of seeing things to open up the possibility for change.
