One Hypnotherapy Follow-up Session at RCHC

The number of follow-up sessions vary according to what you would like to resolve. This will be discussed and agreed between us at the initial consultation session. Payment is expected prior to or immediately after the session has taken place.

During the sessions we do an overview of the week prior, discuss any changes and how to remain on track with your goals.

The most part of the follow-up sessions consist of you sitting or lying down to relax and listen to a hypnotherapy induction and screed that I've tailor-made for the purpose of your treatment.

You appointment time and date will have been agreed beforehand at the consultation session. Please note that all appointments at RCHC are currently Thursdays and Fridays between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
