Hypnotherapy can offer an holistic approach to self-care after trauma. The ideal time to start my hypnotherapy sessions for trauma is from 6 months. after or away from the situation. If you are currently in crisis and need immediate help I advise starting with counselling until a time when you feel ready to take your healing to a deeper level.
